Limitation of Liability:
Thread For Stitches strives its best to give you timely service and meet your project goals at all stages. However, delays may occur due to any reason. Thread For Stitches will not be liable to damages or losses arising in case of any such delays.
Payment Terms:
Thread For Stitches will bill you after the order is completed and delivered to the client. Orders will be billed with Design Name and Order Number generated by the website, Based on the pricing discussed by the sales Department. Special pricing may be given for volume orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express PayPal, 2 Checkout, CC Now Discover. If terms are needed, please contact us at accounts@threadforstitches.com
Shipping Policy:
If physical delivery is requested, air or ground courier will be used. Delivery charges will be applied to your bill and you will receive your shipment in 7-10 days (depends on the quantity of the order) to your door step.
Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy:
A customer can cancel his/her order within 6 hours of the actual time of order placement. Once 6 hours pass by, the order can’t be cancelled.
Payment Terms:
If you have placed an order with Thread For Stitches and you are not satisfied with the result, we ask that you first give us a chance to resolve the problem through our edit/revision process. If we are unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner you may receive a refund by sending the following information to us via email to order@threadforstitches.com. We offer 7 day money back guarantee if a customer is not satisfied we refund 100% as per his/her request.
